Eddie LoneEagle has been cooking for the last 20 years in the food industry. He began work with The Sioux Chef over a year ago and eventually moved over to the Indigenous Food Lab. As a young man, he was influenced by a community garden where Indigenous community members grew squash, corn, beans in traditional Three Sisters gardening mounds.
