Louis Stein came onboard at the Indigenous Food Lab to help with the community garden. He brings with him the experience of working at his sister’s small farm in Massachusetts, where he spent time tending to the flower and vegetable gardens there. Louis also takes time to help at the Indigenous Food Lab with food prep and various tasks in the kitchen.
Louis enjoys working with various foods and experimenting with food fermentation. He has been playing cello since he was a small child. Louis also enjoys playing and listening to an eclectic mix of music in his spare time.
